(1) Payment

What payment methods are available?

Rare One Hundreds accepts all major credit cards and payments through Paypal.

How do I use my discount code?

Once in "checkout" below your order is a "Discount Code" box. Enter the code and click "apply" Your discount will appear to the right.

What is your privacy policy?

How secure is this store?

All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Paypal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.

I have a special request for my Rare One Hundreds Jewerly order. How do I do that?

Please visit our Contact page to submit your request. Write your request as clear as possible and we will do our best to comply.

Can I personalize my Rare One Hundreds Necklace/Jewerly order in other languages?

We can personalize your order with any language as long as you send us an example of the writing and letters.

Can I order a necklace with special characters (#, @, !, $) ?

You can personalize your necklace with any special characters when placing your order.

How can I change my order once it has been made?

If you want to change your order you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Visit out Contact page and send us message requesting the specifications of the change.

How can I cancel an order?

Orders can only be cancelled 12 hours after placing the order. Contact [email protected] to cancel an order. Any order cancelled after 12 hours is subject to a possible 25 - 40% restocking fee.

(3) Shipping

How long will delivery take for my order?

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 2-3 business days. International orders are typically delivered within 1-3 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing.
Please note that delivery of orders paid via PayPal eCheck will take an additional 4 to 9 business days to allow for the eCheck transfer period.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total".

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.

(3) Returns & Refunds

What is your refund/return policy?

You can return new, unopened jewelry/clothing within 14 days of purchase. Items that are damaged/used will not be accpeted for returns/refunds.
Please note that there will be a 30% restocking fee on all items accepted.

I received my order but it is not correct. What do I do?

If you have any issues with your order, make sure to contact us as soon as possible by sending us an e-mail to [email protected] so that we can move swiftly to correct the problem. If a resolution is not achieved, a full refund will be given back except for shipping and handling expenses.
